There are many ways to provide us with feedback on your dental treatment, we welcome both good and bad feedback. For formal complaints we do request that you raise these with us directly, even if you also later raise your concerns elsewhere. This allows us to record and investigate your complaint in a timely manner.

You can use the NHS Friends and Family Test page on our website. This information is collated monthly, along with comments left on cards at the practice, and fed back to the NHS to be displayed on our NHS choices page and in the practice.
Good and bad feedback, or concerns about our service can be left with the Care Quality Commission.
